As we close out the year, I want to express my gratitude to you for being on my list and reading my newsletter in 2021. I hope it’s been a great customer experience for you! And that you found value in it.
For my own improvement, I look at the metrics on a regular basis. I track the usual email metrics of opens and clicks. Both in terms of counts and percentages. As well I track individual engagement. Mid year I performed a list hygiene campaigns, inviting non-readers to re-engage in a survey. Removing those that didn’t. My attempt to take my own advice.
It’s been a year of change for most of us. I know for me, I’ve gotten more focused on talking about the value of great customer experience. And the impact that has on our businesses. While continuing to also write about innovation and business growth. All topics that I love to write about.
So, I was happy to see that the top 5 opened emails reflected that you, the reader, like these topics as well!
Here they are, the 5 most opened newsletters of the year! Hope you enjoy the look back!
