As we close out the year, I want to express my gratitude to you for being on my list and reading my newsletter in 2023. I hope you found value in it.
It’s been a year of change for my consulting practice. A refinement rather than a pivot. A change in messaging.
I started the year describing what I did as digital transformation of customer operations. I now more concisely call that revenue operations. RevOps for short.
A subtle change really. Because the outcomes for my clients remain the same. I work with clients to develop a strategic approach that centralizes sales, marketing, and customer service operations to provide a consistent experience across the customer lifecycle.
What changes is a stronger focus on client’s achieving their business objectives. Through strategies, tactics and targets that support business growth.
I wrote a little less this year. I used ChatGPT for research to flush out my ideation. Experimenting with my writing. Working on optimizing my own content development. Regularly using the newsletter to share that month’s blog post.
I appreciate that you journeyed with me.
Let’s look back on 5 newsletters that readers enjoyed the most. (2 of these referred to a blog post. For those I provide the direct link to the article.)
