Have you used the Breeze Copilot summarize feature with HubSpot?
I don’t know about you but sometimes when I’m busy I can’t see the forest for the trees. I get bogged down in the weeds is another one of the cliche expressions.
You know how it is. You’ve been doing a lot of things. Then you circle to talk to a particular contact at a company. Before you pick up the phone your want to first pause and consider a high level brief of what has been going on.
With HubSpot’s new Copilot summarize a record feature you can do just that. In actions, click Summarize for the record you are on. Or click Copilot on the ribbon and chose summarize a contact
For a contact, not only do you get a high level view of the person and their company. you get a summary of our recent engagement. Including what was the main topic of recent emails.
You can also summarize other records. Like the company or deal record.
A great reminder of the background context before you jumped on that next call.
